General - how to pay for the hire and bond?

On line you can select from Visa, Mastercard, Direct Credit and Pay on Invoice. Using a Credit or Debit card is the quickest way to get goods despatched. If using Direct Credit and you want the goods quickly, send us the on line confirmation from your bank to avoid the delay in clearing your payment.

A surcharge is applied to all credit and debit card transactions.

We take a booking deposits that may not be refundable if you cancel. The balance is to be paid before delivery or collection from us. Hire must be paid in full before the event date.

For all Hire Equipment, we will charge a security bond.

The bond is returned to you after the equipment is collected by us / returned to us on time and in a clean, undamaged condition. The Bond will be held until equipment has been checked which may take several days.

Please note that  adhesive tape, particularly on cables, is very difficult to  remove and cleaning charges will be applied. We may use your bond to pay or part pay for loss, damage, cleaning , late fees etc.

You are responsible for all late returns, dirty returns, damage or loss howsover caused.  In such cases we reserve the right to immediately draw on the bond. The bond may not be sufficient to cover all circumstances - the customer remains responsible for any shortfall.
