General - If you deliver, do you set up?

Our delivery charges include:-

• Delivery to and collection from a point adjacent to vehicular access for Hire equipment like yard games and hot dog machines
• All deliveries must be signed off by the Customer or their representative. If no one is present to accept the delivery, we may decline to deliver and additional charges may apply. If we do deliver in such circumstances, the customer remains completely responsible and our records of the delivery are final.

Delivery surcharges are as follows:-

• Same night pickup (after hours pickup) - $100 (arranged at booking time)
• Public holiday pickup - $100 (arranged at booking time)
• After hours call out due to incorrect use of equipment - $100
