Courier Delivery

You need to allow enough time for the courier. Last minute orders risk arriving after your event. This is your risk.

We send all parcels by standard economy courier. We usually despatch on the working day following payment confirmation. Auckland area delivery is often next working day. Most other places should be within 2 to 3 working days but RD addresses will take at least two working days more. Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. We do not guarantee delivery time - all sorts of factors outside our control may affect it.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking number. 

Some items like pinatas are quite bulky.  They are not covered by our standard courier charge. These will incur some additional courier costs and we can quote you.
