HIRE DEPOSITS:- The deposit paid for a hire booking is generally not refundable as we will have set aside that equipment for you and refused it to other customers. We will however credit the amount paid against another order or hire booking.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS:- When damaged party supplies are received, the courier must be immediately notified. If signing for a damaged package you should write "damaged when received" on the courier docket. If you receive damaged or defective goods, inform us immediately, including your name and order number, the date the goods were received, the courier docket number and the nature of the damage. You should then return the goods to us within 7 days. Returning the goods is at your expense. We will promptly replace such damaged goods (subject to stock availability) and send to you free of charge. If stock is not available we will refund the original purchase price including the original delivery cost.
UNWANTED GOODS:- Please select carefully as we will not credit returns of unwanted goods.
