Returns Policy
Party Supplies: Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If you change your mind, we will happily exchange products (not hire equipment) returned to us within 7 days at your cost and in original unused undamaged condition, including in the original unopened packaging. Freight to you of the replacement items will be at your cost. If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Freight returning the faulty item is your responsibility and PartyZone will pay freight on the replacement item. If a replacement is not available, Partyzone will refund the original sale price.
Hire Equipment bookings: View our Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire 109212/files/Terms_and_Conditions_of_Hire_2021.pdf that apply to all bookings. Payment of the full hire fee, bond and delivery fee is required to confirm your booking. A bond applies to all hired equipment. It will be a minimum of $100 paid by Visa or Mastercard or by Direct Credit. If the bond is paid by Direct Credit, please supply your bank details for the refund.
